Licensed application

Yivra is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), together with these additional terms. Where they conflict, Apple's agreement applies to the extent required.

Check before you share

Yivra helps you find and cover sensitive information, but automatic detection relies on text recognition and pattern matching and cannot be perfect. It may miss information, for example in unusual layouts, handwriting, low-resolution or stylised text, or formats it does not recognise, and it may cover text that is not sensitive.

You are responsible for reviewing every image before you save or share it and for adding any covers that are needed. Do not rely on Yivra as your only safeguard for information whose disclosure could cause harm.

Your content

Your photos remain yours. Yivra processes them only on your device and only to provide its features. You are responsible for having the right to edit and share the images you use with the app.

Acceptable use

• Use Yivra in compliance with applicable laws.
• Do not use Yivra to alter documents in order to deceive, commit fraud or impersonate others.
• Do not reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the app except as permitted by law or Apple's agreement.

No warranty

Yivra is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and that the app will detect all sensitive information or be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from information that was not covered, from images you share, or from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com according to Apple's policies.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Yivra after a change means you accept the updated terms.
